Distribution Process
Once you have been registered, the case management team will provide you more detailed information about signing up for distributions and making sure we can best support your needs. There are three options for receiving items from a distribution, in order to best accommodate your needs:
In-Person
This option is for those that want to attend distribution in-person at the date and time specified. This allows you to personally select each item you receive, including specific flavors or brands.
Late Pick-Up
This option is for those that want to receive items, but cannot attend distribution in-person. You select the items you’d like to receive through our request form, our volunteers pack your bags, and everything will be made available for you to pick up at a coordinated time after distribution.
Delivery
This option is for those that need delivery of your items after distribution. This is reserved for individuals with short or long-term disabilities or debilitating health conditions, and will be approved at the discretion of the case management team. You select the items you’d like to receive through our request form, our volunteers pack your bags, and everything will be delivered to you at a coordinated time after distribution.
